After customers place the order, we start to make the part and mould design. We will send the design drawings to our customers for confirmation.

When the mould drawing is confirmed, we will purchase the mould steel and spare parts and arrange their further processing. During the processing, our inspectors will inspect the mould parts and send the schedule to customers frequently.

When the mould parts are well-processed, we will assemble them to make the injection moulding test. After the test, we will measure the moulded parts, check the weight, and make the assembly. We will send qualified products to customers for confirmation.

After getting the customers approval, we will pack the moulds with international standard wooden cases and deliver them to the given location.
